Bidvest TMS Group was established in 1999 and Bidvest Limited acquired the business in 2002 and placed TMS in the Bidserv Division in order to compliment and complete their existing service offering.
The Bidvest philosophy of not dictating to individual companies, cultures and modus operandi, and rather focusing on indirect support and financial back up, has placed TMS Group in a viable position of providing opportunities for growth, without creating cumbersome “big company” bureaucracies.
