It's a good hotel not out standing but the breakfast is good and the rooms are relatively clean however it is a slightly old hotel and unfortunately the pictures are better than the actual hotel itself. Personally we faced our very first issue while trying to check in. After a long flight and drive to the hotel we were looking forward to checking in and resting but when we arrived they said the room wasn't ready as there were still people inside and it would take 2 hours for them to get us a room. And the key cards for the doors often didn't work or would take a couple of tries before it unlocked, the staff isn't as helpful as other hotels and we ended up moving to another hotel after a day.

very clean and comfortable hotel with very good room service. It's close to Topkapi palace literally 5 mins walk and close to the main tramline . All in all a very good hotel to stay if you want access to all the top tourist destinations in old Istanbul

Spent 6 nights there with family. Had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to visit istanbul. The hotel is very near to the centre...shopping streets, Grand bazar, spice bazar, blue mosqu, hagia sofia all are walking distances. Plus the tram station is few minutes away. The staff is very friendly and guided us through all our tours and airport pick and drops too

Very good location but the room is very bad:
There are ants, AC is very bad almost not doing anything especially in morning, no sound proofing you can hear the tram and sound from street. In day of check-in the room was not ready so they take another hotel walking almost 300 meters for one night. Also there is a bad smell in bathroom and the room.
