This is a mixed bag. The place is stunning but it's a complete mix of standards. Part of the hotel has been refurbed and looks amazing. The other part (mainly the rooms) are in a poor state of repair. I don't have pictures of the rooms, only the nice parts to be fair, as that is what I wanted to remember about it. If you want top the full top class 5 star the look elsewhere in my opinion. It is a nice place tho, on balance its about half way there to being a top destination

Just returned from our 2 week holiday. Don't believe the negative stuff that's been written.We stayed in the new block, room was spotless cant fault it. Entertainment day & night was superb. Bar staff were friendly and very polite. Ozan who works behind the bar is a credit to the hotel, what a guy he is!!. Excellent choice of food catering for all nationalities. we will be back next year. Thanks for an excellent 2 weeks

Hotel was horrendous. Only cater for Russian guests, you will be lucky to get a drink within half an hour as you will be left standing. Unless you start letting the waiters have it!! The rooms went finished and we had water coming through our light switches, air con didn't work. We paid extra for a separate room for our children but they ended up in our bed all holiday due to nothing working in their room! We told the thomas cook rep, she tried to get us moved. They just said they would sort it later, then when we went back later it was always the 'We don't understand' card. It went on like this for the whole week. Fights in the pools, glass everywhere. We had to wear swim shoes around the pools due to this. There was glass in the children's pool, the life guards constantly pulling it out of people's feet. Horrible hotel. We're going back to Antalaya but NEVER this hotel. Trip advisor refused to allow booking due to all the complaints, until it was sorted. It is now but people are still complaining about how they are treated due to being British. All flags at the hotel, but guess what...no British flag. Think on this before booking!!!

Overall, was a good stay, however, some missed days for our housekeeping. Good enough food, poor english, watch what you buy as you may get scammed out of money. Spa people Kasim Acar is one hell of a massage therapist, would recommend him any day of the week.
