Best All inclusive I've stayed at. Been there 3 times across various seasons and it's great at any time if year. Don't go with Thomas Cook though. See my TripAdvisor reviews for more info.

Just great!
Yes rooms are small and dated. However service is incredible. Although we have a small baby we did not spend too much time in the room because hotel is so nice and there are plenty of space to enjoy the there at. Highly recommended.

I was here last year at the same time of year.
Some of the facilities have improved but the biggest change from last year was initially the attitude of the bar staff Umutcan at our pool.
Last year at the staff at the pool were fantastic with the occasional unhappy one.
This year the complete opposite.
This did put a bit of a downer on the first two days of the holiday.
The barman Umatcan at the pool we were at never smiled once, but pretended to be Tom Cruise in cocktail when his colleagues came past. He was always on his mobile phone, he always turned up late and left early.
He was replaced when our friends complained at reception.
As I said last year 5 star this year down to 4 stars I'm afraid only because of this member of staff.
Attitude can make up for many deficiencies but it can also have the opposite effect.
When you went to any other bar the staff were fantastic and his replacement was outstanding.

Nice beach with fancy beds, very friendly staff.
Unfortunately there’s a big problem - every night between 10pm and 0:30 am they blast music with super strong bass that is nothing else than sound pollution for the whole neighborhood. Everything around the hotel literally vibrates. I really don’t understand how that’s even allowed. Two stars for this bad and loud habit.

Really nice hotel. Great food. Voyage Private is a great place to relax with really nice rooms and service. However, the entertainment is really bad. Over the 4 nights we were here, only one night had alright entertainment (Iskender Paydas). Other than that it's really cheesy. Their 'visual party' consisted of girls dancing on platforms. They also need a new DJ (in my opinion). People pay a lot of money to come and stay here. The least they could do is invest some money in their entertainment.
