Minimalist tarzdaki tesisimiz, kültürümüzün tanınmasında tarihe ışık tutmuş olan eşsiz İstanbul'umuzun ilk tarihi yerleşim birimlerinden Üsküdar bölgesinde 01.01.2011 tarihinden itibaren hizmetinizde olmaktan gururludur.

60 oda 120 yatak kapasiteli tesisimizde, tüm odalar yine aynı tarzın güzel örnekleriyle bezenmiş olup, çevreye duyarlı doğalgaz kaynaklı merkezi ısıtma, direkt çevirmeli telefon, minibar, uydu kanallı TV ve özel güvenlikli kasa sistemi ile donatılmıştır. Otuz çeşidi aşkın özel mamülün yer aldığı kahvaltı servisimiz açık büfe şeklinde Ruma Roof Restaurantımızda sunulmaktadır.
Zengin içerikli farklı lezzetlerin tadılabileceği Ruma Cafe Patisserie, içinde konuşlandığı geniş mekanın içerisinde ve değişik tarzdaki oturma gruplarının ardında, ferahlık veren dış mekan oturma gruplarıyla, hem damak hem de göz zevkinizi okşayacak bir tasarımı sergilemektedir. Ruma Roof Restaurant'ımızda Türk ve Dünya mutfakların, seçimi özenle yapılmış değişik mönüleri, öğle ve akşam yemeklerinde değerli misafirlerimizin beğenisine sunulmaktadır.
Konferans salonlarımız farklı kapasiteleri ve her türlü ekipman desteği ile tüm özel toplantılarınız için ideal ve sıcak bir ortam oluşturacaktır.

Absolute wonderful hotel, lovely staff and so good value for the price. Various kind of meals for breakfast, fantastic börek!! We loved this hotel for so many reasons but most of all for the big room and comfortable bed. Definitely we will come back!

Service is really good ! Reception staff are ever so friendly & helpful at all times :) Twin rooms are nice and clean, big & have modern big shower rooms :) However the Standard double is not as big :( Location is convenient to get to places, but over looks a large carpark & is next to a garage (or service area ?) that are pretty noisy late at night and or early in the morning if on the right side of the hotel... mosque is fairly near too! No indoor pool in spa & outside pool closed - its november ! :(

Not exactly 4 star's. Poor condition on bathroom. A bit expensive for what offers.

It looks nice in the lobby, high end. However, the hotel room I was in was not nice. It was small and actually surprisingly dirty, with grimy information booklets and a dirty room service menu. The bathroom amenities were disappointing for a “four star” hotel – not even shampoo/conditioner, just “shower gel”. This hotel was also VERY noisy. Again some religious singing was heard several times throughout the day (possibly from a nearby mosque), daytime it was noisy from cars around, and in the evening there was noise from what sounds like a sports stadium including the Pink Panther theme song, other songs, loud announcements, cheering. When it’s quiet, you can hear someone cough in the room next door. You will want earplugs for this hotel. The hotel’s WiFi is also terrible; watching videos on YouTube is very stop-and-go. Often it would not connect at all and says "disabled" or "connected, no Internet". At night the WiFi did not work at all between about 10 PM and 6:30 AM. Informing reception was useless. They also did not speak great English; calling reception sometimes got me a really bad staff member who would yell “Lady, I do not understand” in the phone at anything I said. The breakfast buffet was good enough. Nothing special, but I could get by on that. I did not feel comfortable ordering their room service food. This was not a 4 star experience.
