I chose this hotel because at the time of our travel, other hotels had received bad reviews about cleanliness. Let me tell you. This hotel is really really clean. The room is comfortable but the guest bed is not. bathroom is spacious .The staff are friendly.the reception were good in talking in English . The food was ok, there weren't options for tea or coffee. Complimentary water and coffee was provided for check in day. For Other days we had to pay. Otherwise we had a great stay. 2 to 3 minutes away from taksim Square. Recommended

It shouldn't be a 5 stars hotel. The service is too bad and the staff are not friendly nor welcoming at all. They don't clean the rooms. We asked them to clean the room more than 3 times before they actually did. Also, when we entered the room, there was a lot of noise in the floor above. They were doing fixing & maintenance stuff during the holiday season! This was not acceptable at all. The breakfast was average. As a five stars hotel, there should be much more options. It is just like any 3 stars hotel. Imagine they asked us to pay extra charge for water!! Its the first time I stay in a 5 stars hotel and they ask me to pay for water. As for the shower, they dont provide a conditioner. I dont recommend this hotel at all. We checked out 2 days before our reservation.

Had a great experience in the top floor lounge. We (a family of three) ordered a bottle local white wine. Great wine and view. Good service and affordable price(120TL 2018/09). Simple. Lovely. Memorable.
