No proper coffee with breakfast is a deal breaker for me. Facilities not included. Weird layout of room: couldn't use (tiny) desk and had to walk across bed (or shuffle sideways) to go from one side of room to the other. Location is great though.

It a nice place quite near to the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque & Basilica Cistern. Clean rooms & we had a view of the Bosporus. The staff was good & food was tasty (only had our breakfast over here). It has a roof top cafe too. There are lots of interesting shops & eating joints around the hotel. Good stay.

Beds are comfortable. My room was spacious and had an ocean view. The walls are a bit thin and I could hear my neighbors in the bathroom quite clearly. The hotel staff was extremely friendly with the exception of one member who was unprofessional and reluctant to help, maybe she had a bad day. The restaurant on the roof top terrace was mediocre but the view was nice. The location was ideal to visit the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sofia.

Rated 5 star, and located at a central location to where all the main attractions are. 1st night was a lovely room and then the other 4 nights they put us in the basement with tiny rooms next to the sewer and staff room.

Staff are lovely and welcoming from cleaning to the management. Location is central of Sultanahmet. For those that don't know it's central to Blue Mosque Hagia Sophia Topkapi Palace Gulhane Park and many more attractions. Wicked view from the terrace of the Blue Mosque on the left and the Hagia Sophia on the right
