Close to the beach. Theoretically all inclusive place, but it's definitely not a 4 star hotel - maximum 3 stars. The rooms are ok, but the restaurant condition is bad. No air-conditioning, very hot with high humidity.

Nothing is included in here
- WiFi just in lobby, so in a rush hour it is horrible, no one can talk to relatives and jet their stuff done. So if you want to get WiFi in a room, you have to pay!
- alcohol is free from 10 am till 11 pm, but it is vodka, wine and beer, everything else like cocktail are 6 EU min.
- drinks, - Fanta, 7up, and so on mixed up badly, not a real one.
- cafeteria without air conditioning and you feel like boiling egg
- animation for kids, is just for 30 min in the disco and the rest is paid, so daily care is paid and if your kids have to be approved and given a present at the end of day, you have to pay for it!
- the pool is so small, one might confuse it with a bath
- no water slides
- laundry is not free
- friends from other hotels are not allowed in lobby!!! They are ready to call the police about that. And we just were talking to each other

It's really difficult to rate the SIRMA Hotel. This hotel is not a service or business oriented!
- The rooms are big, but no safety deposit boxes in rooms, under the beds was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.
- The bathroom is not small, but the water supply is really bad - no pressure at all, also no forced ventilation in bathroom leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using a toilet.
- The staff have no clue what does the service supposed to look like: we had a guest coming during the evening time, and we wanted to meet at the lobby. They refused to allow us to stay at the lobby, claiming it's the hotel policy.
- Wi-Fi at the rooms doesn't function. The Wi-Fi at the lobby - bad and very slow. There is no way to work from the hotel! (Being an IT engineer, it was a night mare for me to stay at the hotel without a proper Internet connection.)
- NO AIR CONDITIONING in the lobby, also in a breakfast and dinner area!!!!! Mediterranean country and there is no fresh/cold air while you are dining? Everybody sitting with the red faces and sweating..... No comments! Just absurd and ridiculous !
-The cutlery sets (Spoons, folks and knifes), as well as all the glasses are not clean :(
-This is not the place for people with disabilities - too many things to say.
I'm visiting many countries and hotels, but this time i'm really disappointed. I could go on, but I'm not going to waste your time. - DO NOT STAY!!!
P.S.: The bar personnel trying to be nice and to smile, but they can't compensate for all negative details and unpleasant experience.
