The thing is that everything on the menu.. is cheap! That’s surprising because this is a fancy restaurant! This eating place is located inside the Tulip Garden, which is a pretty grassy gated land that has a small but long river and a lot of flowers.

Historic place with a great outdoor seating despite the average service and dishes. Prices are incredibly cheap for such a place.
