If you are a solo woman traveller, there are many other nice hotels in the area that you should consider staying at. The hotel itself is fine, the cleaning and restaurant staff are nice, and the location is great, but the male reception staff really ruined my experience. When I wanted to book a massage one of them offered more than once to give me a massage himself. One of them even got my number (from my booking details, I assume) and contacted me on WhatsApp. I stayed here, alone, for a few days and I am 100% sure they wouldn't have treated me the way they did if I were not a woman travelling on my own.

This Hotel is fabulous, from the first moment in the airport till we got back to it. once we arrived to the hotel maksad jumped out to bring our bags with a smile on his face and we entered to the glory hotel Q hotel old city. the manager layla( with love) and the guys on the reception onur( Ronaldo)and ceyhun were more than helpful and descent. we checked in easily and fast. we went to our rooms it was better than the pictures, the comfortable beds and perfect lights with a big closet that you can put all of your things and a safe. Since our first day layla and onur (Ronaldo) adviced us about everything. with respect to the room cleaning it was more than great. whenever I enter the room after my tours, the room look like new one, so clean and everything new every time I enter. it is so great, cleaner than home and I thank alot ceylan and Bahar for the best service. we entered the spa, I can't describe it by words because it is so wonderful. it is the best experience I ever had in all the worlds Spa. the ladies Noray and Jano are the best. they are respectful, professional and take all your stress and tension away. I advice all the people in the world even if not staying in the hotel to come and visit this spa because it is so great. onur (ronaldo) and ceyhun advised us about where to go at night and we are so thankful for them. yes indeed the Holy traditional turkish cuisine in the breakfast, delicious, clean and what can I say it so great. the waiter Erdogan speak Arabic and he always smile and was helpful in our needs. Q Hotel Old City....... You deserve a 10/10 you deserve to be a 5 star hotel even more In brief we love you all and it is memories to remember. we will see you next year for sure

Good location, rooms are small and lift also small suitable for 2 persons only.
