Lovely hotel- could do with some updating. Food is good - better than some all inclusive and has ice facilities. A bit overpriced but you will have definitely a nice stay.

When me and my family went here we enjoyed it mostly. But there where a few things that bothered us. Firstly the wi-fi was not that good. (Altough we went in 2016 so i can't tell how it is now) And the activity night or whatever it was also kind of annoyed me. Basically you had to make groups at the pool and guess caricatures of celebrities but for some reason the guy keeping the score kept pretending he didn't hear the people shouting even though they kept repeating it over and over. I really don't understand why he did this. Other then that the pool seemed very cold, colder then usual.
But other then that everything was fine :)

Fantastic hotel, great staff especially animation team. It's clean & tidy, great pools with slides. Would highly recommend

Very well kept grounds and staff continually cleaning. Pool area has plenty of space and sunbeds available throughout the day. Rooms very nice however shower unit very tight. Private beach very well maintained and beautiful location.

Word of warning if you wish to enjoy your holiday book elsewhere.
To start with it is not 5 star by any means,more like 3 star
.
The resort is reasonably clean bar the mould in the bathroom and damp smell, which when I raised I was told "this is normal". The showers are luke warm, and after having a technician come out I was told I need to run the shower for 7-10 minutes before using.
There are no complimentary slippers/ bath robe, no mini bar only 1 bottle of local water in the fridge.
1 thin sheet for bedding only, on requesting a duvet told they do not have these only thick blankets which look unwashed with cigarette burns on them.
The Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms only in selected public sites of resort.
All-inclusive is a bit of an overstatement, there is only 1 free restaurant to eat in which has a limited buffet mainly made of chips, burgers sausages and stale buns....which you can eat for lunch and dinner. Stale pastries,bread and rolls for breakfast and they run out of ice-cream at snack time . The other restaurants are a la carte and you get 1 free visit if you stay for 1 week.
The alcoholic drinks are local products and the beer is diluted.
The spa services are good and reasonably priced however the staff are rude and pushy. After making my booking for the following day i was rudely hassled on 3 occasions within 90 minutes to pay before 7.30pm that day. I was then penalised for paying by card and told I can only pay in local currency if paying by card based on their exchange rate of 8 liras/£1( not the actual daily rate) and then charged at a higher price than documented. On disputing this I was told I am rude and told to go to a cash point outside of the hotel if I dont want to pay the amount they are stating , despite it not being documented anywhere . Which screams corrupt and money grubbing to me.
They do not accept any foreign coins to pay for additional services such as activities in the games room/ shops on site, only notes and then conveniently are not able to give you appropriate change which leads to you spending more money than required. This was the same when using the local taxi service so it is best to have local currency to avoid paying extra. They told us its because they cannot use these coins they can only give them to the bank to get notes back when they have enough coins!!
The pool is very very cold despite the 26-28 degree weather so be ready for a shock, the waterslides are fun when open. The onsite water sports are unpriced as are the onsite shops so be prepared to be ripped off.
The evening entertainment is good.
Overall not worth the money/hassel, Thank god for the good weather otherwise I would have been tempted to leave sooner.
