Good location. It is easy to walk to places from here. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety. There is a nice view of the river from the rooftop pool deck. There are a couple of restaurants in the immediate area and the train station is nearby.

Location is just awesome. Walk to almost every attraction.

Good location. Easy access to shops and tourist sites. However more of a 3 star hotel than 4.

The hotel is reasonably modern with good facilities, the bathrooms were nice and very clean rooms. However the staff were incredibly rude and very unhelpful, I traveled with my partner and we were given two single beds, was less than ideal but not the end of the world. As they weren’t able to change it to a double, I asked if it was possible to send someone up to make the bed up as a double. The staff then rudely responded and said I could do it myself, I asked again and said I’d like someone to come up and make it. The staff seemed to ignore me and after five minutes agreed to send someone up. When the staff came up, they realised they needed to change the sheets a double sheet which we in fact would not have been able to do ourselves as the hotel had suggested. For a hotel with reasonably high stars, they should train staff to treat people with respect.
