When visiting Cappadocia, this is the best hotel compared to alternatives in the area. The service is high touch, the rooms being authentic caves, the views are astounding, the pool is to completely enjoy and is perfectly heated in December, the staff and management as well as ownership are visible, breakfast authentic and tasty as well as dinner. Two suggestions could be to expand the space dedicated towards spa services and upgrade the bathrooms. Be mindful that any natural cave hotel will have some debris that drops when in a duplex.

My room had wine taps in the wall. It was an actual cave. There were depraved peacocks outside. The hotel is an active archeological dig. It has the best view in the world.
Unlike any hotel I've ever been to. So outstanding.
One caveat, when I was there the other guests were seemingly mostly part of a tour group. The amount of men in their underwear and bathrobe... Everywhere. It was an adjustment.
Truly one of the most special places I've ever been.

We had the most magical stay at Museum Hotel recently and it remains one of our favourite experiences to date. This boutique hotel is located high up on a hill, providing a sweeping panoramic view of Goreme. We were shown our room and it was beautifully with a lot of characteristic, thought and historical artefacts, we just wanted to cancel our tours and wander the hallways and grounds. There are so many outside areas to discover, all beautiful decorated and the staff were all so lovely. We were lucky enough to see the hot air balloons fly whilst we were there and it added to the magic of this place. The breakfast spread was AMAZING, they had a fresh gozleme station. You must have the banana pudding (it was so good we had 3 and also got the recipe!). Arzu, their customer relations manager came over and chatted with us during breakfast and it really showed that they really care about their guests, I guess that's the luxury of a boutique hotel with 30 rooms. We were so sad to leave but will definitely recommend this place highly and hope to return again!

Truly a beautiful romantic hotel, words cannot explain it. Spent four nights and loved almost everything about it. It was my partners birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it a memorable day. It is rather far from the main town so you are therefore more likely to eat only in the hotel.

Unlike any other hotel I've ever stayed at! Amazing amazing experience. The best views esp of sunrise and the hot air balloons. The hotel itself is a great place to relax and experience nature- they have a range of beautiful animals in their garden including peacocks and turtles. It's really a very special hotel. Would definitely go back!
