Antalya'da yer alan ve aile tarafından işletilen bu pansiyon, Akdeniz sahiline sadece 200 metre mesafededir. Pansiyon, klimalı odalar ve bir Türk restoranı sunmaktadır. Pansiyon bünyesinde özel otopark mevcuttur.
Mavi & Anı Pansiyon'un sade bir şekilde döşenmiş odalarında parke zeminler ve özel banyo bulunmaktadır. Bazı odalar Toros Dağları ve deniz manzaralıdır.
Konuklar bahçede bulunan barda sunulan serin içeceklerin keyfini çıkarabilirler. Açık havada hizmet veren, şömineli restoranda bölgesel yemekler sunulmaktadır. Pansiyonda barbekü imkanları da mevcuttur.
Geniş salonda TV bulunmaktadır. Mavi & Anı Pansiyon'un genelinde ücretsiz Wi-Fi mevcuttur.
Mavi & Anı, şehir merkezine 200 metre mesafede ve plaja yürüyerek 5 dakika uzaklıktadır. Antalya Havaalanı 13 km mesafededir. İstek üzerine ve imkanlar dahilinde havalimanı transfer hizmeti verilebilir.

The most generous, funny, and kind host I've encountered in Turkey. After spending time with the hosts of 6 other hotel owners—from Istanbul to Izmir to Cas (and more)—before I arrived at Mavi & Ani's, this is by far the most accommodating. Not to mention, his friends, family, and the neighbor hotel owners within a block of Mavi & Ani's are equally generous to any guest of Mavi & Ani. It's not going to be the most glamorous hotel you could stay in, while in Old Town. But it's the most interesting, fun, and you have a comfortable bed with a great breakfast. Your money isn't going towards crazy, unnecessary decor. It's a classic old building, that has a beautiful garden and classic Turkish tables both in the garden courtyard and in the upstairs common area. Enjoy the beauty of old town via walking, and enjoy your bed for the entertainment and comfort of Mavi & Ani Pension!

The room was ok, although it was used as a deposit for the staff's stuff and pretty noisy and bright at night. On the other hand I got the impression that I actually wasn't welcomed as a guest, as soon as I met the owner.

This pansion is tucked away in a Cul de Sac in the old city The area is quiet during the day but bustling at night with an abundance of restaurants to choose from The rooms are clean and spacious but not all have "complete " beds There is a raised floor (2 steps up) in the room with just mattresses on the floor so if your mobility is limited it is not for you The rooms are all upstairs so you have to negotiate quite a steep flight of steps The breakfast was the usual Turkish buffet but enough The dining area is beautiful This I think was once a stately home
