Marti has one of the best views to sea and mountains, big pools and good food. First reason I rank it low is waiting 45 min to check in, room wasn't ready and when we went out it wasn't clean, there were broken glasses on the balcony that remained for 2 days, they didn't even clean when we asked for. And for check out they tried to overcharge us with no bills, we asked for proof and again after 30 mins waiting they came to us empty handed.

The staff were rude. The kids play area was very dangerous for the kids. The breakfast was cheap. The cot bed was full of mould. Reported the issues many times no body bothered to fix the issues. It was horrible experience for our family. These people ruined our holidays.

DONT COME HERE! If you are looking for relaxing, funny, refreshing holiday place, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! Fu.king unskilled managers, unfriendly management style, unprofessional staff or whatever things to make your holiday like a hell! Bad foods, lowest quality service. With one word: TERRIBLE! There are many good hotels in Marmaris but Marti Hotels! I wont stay even if they offer money!

Just returned from this place and I am not going to lie to you people but avoid I became very poorly whilst staying there the food was not heated nor checked by anyone whilst I watched the room was run down smelling drains and cats all over to which I had flea bites confirmed by my GP the place is full of Russian guests and i was the only person that spoke English it is not a 3 star hotel and it does not cater for every need I paid alot of money for one week and boy did I regret it we work hard and when you pay out you expect the rewards back a total miserable place 5 staff stood on check in all just looking at you I have been put off Turkey and will never return again I you should be ashamed calling this place a 5 star as your making people believe what it's not
