Friendly staff. Awful conditions. No a/c in the rooms. No entertainment. Bad room maintenance, ie electric switches hanging of the wall. Cleaning substandard. Food of lowest par. Avoid at all cost. Gets 2 stars because of staff except reception. Everything else awful.

Beautiful hotel. Just needs a bit of TLC. Air con in rooms work but not well, food.... well it does what it needs to not a great variety. Views are amazing and staff are friendly. It was the end of the season and felt like they were running it down to close.
It is in a great spot and everywhere was clean in main areas but rooms got neglected a little bit (nofloors mopped) but where serviced daily by dusting and wiping. All together if your not OCD it's great.

Really beautiful hotel with great service. I loved staying here and would definitely come again. We did all inclusive option and this was probably the best all inclusive package I've had in Turkey as it included coffee and lemonade served at the pool, great ice cream selection and our hotel room fridge topped up with beer and soft drinks. Outdoor seating area was perfect for watching the sun go down and we loved the private beach area. 2 tiny niggles: Jewellery shop owner drove me crazy hasseling us as I was clearly not a target customer (shop sells gold and diamond jewellery whereas I am more costume and silver jewellery!!). In the restaurant, the waiters bring the drink orders and this did annoy us as you had to wait to be served. We were hungry! But if we went straight to get our food and missed the waiters, then we were only served water! Going to the bar yourself was frowned upon and I actually got told off for this. Food selection in restaurant was good but terrible wine for all inclusive.

A very nice hotel with all the usual amenities - gym, spa, large pool, jacuzzi, pool table, table tennis, and snack bars. It is in a good location with a parade of shops around it. Several supermarkets/ express stores are of easy reach - 5 min walk. There are cash machines and currency exchange stores within a 5min walk too. The rest of the shops sell clothes. The rooms were lovely - we had a sea view which made it even better. The mini bar had normal water and sparkling water which was refilled daily. The staff were very helpful- some couldn't understand English well but there was always someone we could speak to who could understand us. The all inclusive meals were great, as were the snacks, although it was a little repetitive. And I was surprised to see they had traditional room keys rather than card keys, but it worked. On your first day, youll get a call from the hotel rep who will talk you through all of the excursions that are available - I would recommend booking it with them as it's nice to get it all over and done with (make sure you do the Jeep safari!! Its so good) All in all, a very nice hotel with a modern look and a nice large lobby.

I booked a suite but I have a few comments about
1. All the bathroom doors can't be closed because they're broken locks.
2-Housekeeping service Bad
3-mini bar contains only water and orange juice bad product
4-Room air conditioners of the old type with bad cooling
5. Car parking away from the rooms
6-The quality of food in the restaurant is bad
