I'm a frequent traveler who has visited multiple countries around the world. I don't care about expensive hotels etc, I expect just a few things of a hotel: 1. To be clean, 2. To be warm, 3. To be able to shower with hot water. This hotel was booked for us for 3 hours to have a rest, shower and get ready for a tour after a 10 hour bus journey. Those 3 hours were absolutely awful, firstly we checked into the room, all the sheets clearly hadn't been changed. Sweat stains on the sheets and a musty smell to the duvet. We asked to be moved rooms and the replacement rooms they found also had used dirty sheets. The bathroom was the worst bathroom I had ever seen. The shower tray was completely flaking off the paint and mould was present all over, we avoided showering this morning because of this. Secondly, we arrived on a cold morning, the place didn't have any heaters on and the Aircon didn't work to heat the room(they said you have to wait 10 mins but we waited and waited, still not heat). Breakfast selection was also poor, with no hot food choices. The staff at the hotel did not seem to be surprised at any of our concerns and did very little to rectify them. Awful experience.

The facilities were great, the courtyard is stunning, but mostly we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

Basic rudimentary hotel, centrally located. The staff were very hospitable but the room was uncomfortable and only somewhat clean. No towels were included. They also tried to charge more at check-out.
