Konakkale Bosphorus projesi Makro İnşaat ve Torkam İnşaat ortaklığı ile Çanakkale Kepez'de yükseliyor. 10 blok olarak inşa edilen Konakkale Bosphorus 'da toplam 237 daire, 8 adet iş yeri, sosyal tesis binası bulunuyor.30 bin 815 metrekare arsa alanı üzerinde hayata geçirilen Konakkale Bosphorus'da 1+1 dairelerin satışı tamamlandı. Sınırlı sayıda kalan 2+1 dairelerin fiyatları ise 150 bin liradan başlıyor.Konakkale Bosphorus'da teslimler Ağustos 2013'te yapılıyor. Proje içerisinde fitness merkezi, sauna, hamam, havuz, basketbol sahası,yürüyüş yolları, kaykay pisti, süs havuzu, şelale, oturma alanları ve kafeterya gibi sosyal olanaklar yer alıyor.

Best way to explore Istanbul is to go with ferry along the channel and also to visit islands below Istanbul. As the weather was rainy this was nice way to wait for the sun in the ferries which were not to bad way to explore this amazing metropolis.
