Absolutely shocking excuse of a hotel. Barely deserve the 1 star. Vast majority of the staff are the most rude people I've ever met in customer service. Demanded £5 a day in Ac which is a joke. Room had an awful smell and my friends who were staying in a nearby hotel weren't even aloud into my room or even to sit in the lobby without us being moaned at. If traveling to Alanya pay a bit extra and AVOID this hotel.

Dont go to this hotel!
Its a very bad hotel, no service.
They ask me to pay extra for airconditioning but when I ask for a cash receipt they told me that they cannot give me a cash receipt.
They lie the whole time to take more money from me!!!

Stay away. The staff is terrible, the owner is worst. The only thing this place is worth are the barber and the Turkish Bath employees. Truly the nicest people ever. Bilal and Saban are the nicest people I ever met.
I recommend staying at Sunway Hotel, and getting a fantastic Turkish Bath from Saban, then a haircut from Bilal.

If i have way for without star i ll post without star but i ll give one star bcs i havent way. Really bad hotel. AC is extra ( 6€ ) and broke. Room is so hot and you cant stay there without air conditioning system. Elevator is small and staff are unfriendly. But thanks we don't have a problem about beds.
