The best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in accounting to their facilities. Steam, sauna, indoor/outdoor pools and many more! The room is nice and clean and the area of the hotel is enormous! The only down side is that the AC is not cooling. Recommend this place!

- love the lobby design and atmosphere. - great helpful stuff in the morning shift. - great location siding the mountain. - taxi service at the front door. - excellent restaurants. - professional and very good quality service. - room space is small. - the Bathroom is good and the Water pressure is very good. - house keeping is fine and rooms are fine. - the room interior is nice and comfortable. - The bed and pillows are comfortable and clean - malls and shopping center and food is available not far from the area. - great breakfast selection and food. - good internet service. - great for groups activity. - Tv screen needs to be bigger and to have more channels options and movies options. - no contacting rooms. - minibar refrigerate is not cooling well. - minbar selection is excellent and the prices are high. - complementary two bottles of water. - great spa service. - water heater, coffee, tea and sugar are completely. - the safe is a bit small and difficult to be used. - room and bathroom lights are fine but need to be improved specially in the bathroom. - the hotel generally every good.

I was in this hotel during a business trip for 2 weeks. I had breakfast and dinner in the self service restaurant. Food was good but a little bit repetitive (reason why I don't give the 5 stars). In the hotel a spa is available. Interesting to know that also a shuttle bus for toursitc area of Izmir is available for free. The only suggestion I can give in this case is to provide a map with clearly identified bus stops.

Very excellent location especially the hot mineral spring sources available. Worth to experience the hotel facilities including sauna, steam, ice, chill water, Jacuzzi, external warm swimming pool, internal warm swimming pool, Turkish bath, gym, etc... Room facilities and services take no more than 3 stars... Prices are quite moderate compared to similar level of hotels.
