One of the premium hotels in city centre of Ankara Turkey. Ambience of hotel takes you to royal era of the century. Nearly 10 minutes drive from K Ataturk museum. Worth to stay for one night here if you want to feel the richness of Turkey . Staff is cooperative here but very difficult to communicate with them as they hardly understand English and if you are vegetarian or Jain they you may end up staying hungry.

Horrible. This is what they call a double bed. The hotel has really old furniture and is very dirty. When we asked for the WiFi password at the reception, they told us the WiFi was not working...they lied to us, we asked someone else and it was working...very badly though. The internet speed is okay, but the sign in system kicks you out every 3 mins. The food is terrible too, and they even have the audacity to ask you to pay for the water at dinner time. I honestly have NO IDEA how they are a 5 star hotel.

Food average and room service available 24/7. Difficult to communicate as stuff is not speaking English except a few exceptions, all very friendly though. Internet connection lost very often.Great location of hotel-10min from downtown and public transportation easy from the spot. Gym and health center available, minimal though. I recommend for normal visitors with no super high expectations. Not in any case a 5star hotel.

Above and beyond what you pay for pleasant staff, good breakfast buffet, hotel bar and attached café, something unexpected was complimentary coffee/tea service in the evening offered at your room.
