I love this hotel for its great location & good staff. Interior needs some renewing, and non-smoking rooms should be 100% free of smell.

It's a very nice place to be. The room service is great and room is confortable. This Hotel is next to a huge avenue with traditional restaurants and shops.

An OK hotel at Suadiye area of Istanbul. WiFi is not reliable. Many restaurants and bar are next to the hotel.

I started with 3 stars but during writing this review I realised my room was only worth 2. Reading the other reviews, I think I might had bad luck with my room... The room was very small and according to the evacuation plan map on the door, also by far the smallest room on the floor. For reaching the window side of the room, you need to squeeze yourself between the 30cm gap between the bed and the tv. Although it was only 21 degrees outside, it was quite hot my room and also those of my 3 colleagues. The AC didn't do much for it, temperature stayed the same: no cooling. Also the minibar had no proper cooling so the drinks were luke warm. The water tap in the bathroom was blocked with chalk and needed cleaning. I think the flow of water was reduced by about 75%; filling glass of water took about half a minute. Shower temperature was difficult to keep steady and comfortable. And finally the cleaning lady dropped a glass and i found remains of glass on the carpet and bathroom floor. Not so great when walking bare feet...

Nice hotel located in a nice area. Some language problems as only a few staff speak English.
