Very lush hotel, the stars it’s rated are deserved. With amazing views over the water and in an area with such incredible history, the whole hotel really encompasses the whole package. The rooms are modern and quite large, good air conditioning and very attentive and friendly staff working here. The buffet area is quite large with a reasonable selection of hot foods and salads, but the drawing card is definitely the desserts.

The rooms need to be checked for better facilities for their customers. Aircond takes years to cool the room. Cold hot adjustment shower nob need servicing. When we checked in heavy cigarette smoke filled the room. Could have solved with powerful air suction fsn.

Nice pool with seaside access. You can view the sunset in the evening. Rooms are clean and nice.

Great hotel with high standard and good service! Food buffet is big with fresh and well-made food. Personal is helpful with a reasonable English. Good for business and prolonged weekends.

I give this hotel 4 stars as it is between 3 and5 stars as some things are good, some need to be reviewed and some changed. The check in was fast and got our bags fast too. So I give it a 5 star for the service. The hotel was running full so the time to get a lift to the room was long and we had to queue up. Groups came in all at the same time. Three stars for this. The rooms 5 stars. Good size room with a lounge. Good shower. Air conditioning not working. Dinner time. It was like a market. A huge variety of food was available but cold. Too many people having dinner at the same time. The servers tried their best but it was difficult for them to cope up with so many people at the same time. Infrastructure. Internet is very slow and one can get impatience and break the laptop. I hope breakfast is better and less crowded. I am sure one of the smaller hotels would have provided a better service for a small group.
