It is a very nice hotel, situated on a cliff, positioned to west. 50% of the rooms have a sea view. The deck where breakfast and dinners is served has a superbe view of the sea and the sunset. A beautiful place to eat morning and dinner. The hotel has 3 pools and attractions. There isn't much of a beach but there are 2 decks near the sea. Great place to relax, swim. The have bar in the lobby, at the pool and near the sea. The personnel is very kind, nice and good with children. The conditions of the room is not exactly 5 stars but 3 stars. Old and a little deteriorated furniture of the room and in the bathroom. Overall a very nice hotel. We were happy with our choice. A very nice hotel, well positioned with nice people and good food.

Basic 3* to be honest I don't usually take notice of reviews wish I had now, the layout of hotel rubbish you can get snack(dried up burger) on 1 level but have to go different level for drink, machines for orange at breakfast dont work,food completely geared to German/Russian guests nothing for English except chips salad, I have been here 1 week and only 1 member of staff has actually spoken to us nothing from any others not even a smile definitely a big let down.

If you can evitate this hotel , is better for you, you no loss nothing. For me is not 5 stars hotel , maybe only 1 , the water is salted in the rooms ,wifi no works, air conditioning not working, rooms dirty and needs more maintenance....I am so disappointed. Run from this hotel .

I’ve been there for a week that was my worst week in my entire life. Absolutely it not 5stars hotel max 3stars.I had problem with very poor customer service since first day,reception didn’t even say welcome to our hotel.all the pictures about rooms is fact trust me I will put some pictures.bed was like hospital bed,main course had 3options fish,chicken and fake koobideh kebab.manager didn’t take any responsibility for his job we had problem with our room because we paid for see view but it wasn’t and manager said that is not my responsibility also air conditioner worked for 2hours a day 4-6Am and bar tender was very rude and always had a frown.
