Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Istanbul! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. Overall support was good from staff.Room is excellent and comfortable. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality

only thing good about this hotel is the location apart from that please save your self the trouble and book somewhere better. Bathrooms are bad showers don’t work, can’t sleep at night from constant yelling in the streets even though we were on the 3rd floor we heard it all. Aircon was terrible and barely worked, breakfast was not a pleasant experience you had to wake up 7am to be in time and eat food if you woke up late you missed out on the good stuff.

Friendly hospitalization..good wifi signal ..breakfast is also OK. The higher floors have good sea view BUT the room is small and we are in the last floor and in winter so we had a dripping water from above

Walls and windows arent sound proof and as a result constant distarbance from outside activity. Showers where extremely poor. Rooms are too small.
