Great location, nice and clean, great amenities, delicious breakfast, kind staff and very reasonable price. Walking distance to many tourist attractions!

Horrible staff, unnecessarily rude and not welcoming, the room is very small like a shoe box, average breakfast the only good thing is the location close to metro and tram stations. good views.. There are plenty other places with more friendly and polite staff, I wouldn't recommend it and never repeating this experience.

Really great location 10-20 minutes to everywhere you need to go (by foot). Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet is decent. Cafe/Restaurant beside reception is spot on and staff are great, especially Kamil
