It is pathetic. They set table outside of dining room for group customers. Totally discriminatory and disrespectful. While we complain, restaurants staff still insist to continue setting the table outside. Ridiculous! Finally getting into the dining room but the ground is dirty. Someone's leftover is on the ground and no one cleans it. And they never apologize for this rude behavior. Highly recommend NOT to stay here. You deserve better service.

Rooms are stuffy. Hotel decor does not feel like 5 star. Long wait at reception for check-in. 1. Ac doesnt work. Their solution is open the windows 2. Half of the fittings in the room are damaged / not working. 3. Many staff members are rude and unhelpful 4. Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly (found previous person's socks under the bed). On two occasions I got into bed and found dirt on the bedding and holes in the sheet. I asked them to service the rooms properly but they do it well for one day and go back to the old unprofessional routine 5. Had to continuously plead with them to replenish the coffee and creamer sachets

Excellent hotel, very polite and friendly staff, I stayed for 5 nights in September, and really loved it. Services, mini bar and water updated everyday, very clean, nice view overlooking the mountain and the sea, neat and nice room layout. Excellent location, beautiful sea shore that is well maintained! Couldn’t ask for more. Sadly I arrived to other trashy hotel room in Antalya just today, Dec.1st, upon friends recommendation, and really regret to stay in Crown Plaza again!

Amazing service. Always ready to help. Loved the fact that the staff have conversations with you when you are sitting alone. Room clean and tidy. Smiles. Clean.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great view. Good location. Has car park. Two gyms. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
