Won't choose it again just bcuz of it envirunment , to reach there you need to pass many streets and places that does not look safe! Once our bus went there and all at neighbourhood started to fight with our old driver, when I told the attackers why they are fighting one of them brought a gun to my face! Can you believe it? Guns in the middle of Istanbul!!! Pufff

4* hotel only in their dreams. Very poor breakfast, very weak wifi, very small rooms, not so clean, not feeling safe in that neighborhood... Not recommending!

Good service, nice rooms, good and various breakfast, price was a little expensive , I suggest you to go !

Our rooms didn’t get vacuumed and the sheets never were change at all. The room service was terrible when we need to get toilet paper the staff yelled at me that if there was even one paper, you have to wait until it’s finish. They didn’t put any shampoo and when we asked for it, they ignored us. The breakfast was not bad, but a staff was standing and awkwardly watching what each guest is takings. He even took went and took a breakfast chocolate from a kids plate who took two.

Right now it is a 2... I just got here from a charter bus and it was very hard to get up here. They didn’t have our rooms ready (we got here at 9:00 am) and right now it’s 2:00 pm. I used the bathroom from the reception and it’s disgusting, it’s sooo dirty. The bar has just coffee and tea. The rooms are ok, we booked online and it said we will have three beds but we only had two. The WiFi is pretty bad to. The bathroom in the room could be bigger and also the rooms. The mini fridge does not work. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. The breakfast is really bad, there isn’t a lot you can choose from and all the food is cold. The good part about the breakfast is the tea. If you are into coffee, don’t try it it is bad. The breakfast is on the 7th floor, wouldn’t have it been easier to put it at the reception. Overall this hotel should not be 4 stars, it should be like 2 or 3 and I wouldn’t reccomend this hotel if you are here for a long time maybe 1 or 2 night but not more than that.
