Overall this hotel was of a lower standard. The staff did their best but there are too few staff and too much work for them it seems. Check-in was a long drawn out affair. The reception desk was quite unhelpful & unfriendly. The rooms are very small, dark and need alot of maintence (see photos attached). The rooms were also not cleaned properly (see photos). Bed linen is very worn and often bed sheets didn't fit the bed. While the food is alright, it's very repetitive, particularly breakfast h desserts. On the plus side, the beach is nice but not cleaned properly unfortunately. The pool is also lovely and the waterpark is right across from the hotel.

Mediocre hotel.
Rooms are not very clean, especially the floor. Could be better. Many rooms are on the ground floor with windows to only passage to the beach and cantina. So it could be noisy there. Shower cabin was leaking water on the floor in our bathroom.
The variety of meals could be better. But I’ve liked the most of them. Beach bar is good, they serve hamburgers and hotdogs at certain times there.
The beach is good. Sand, not rocks. It's comfortable to get into water.
The hotel is located near aqua park, so it's a big plus. But there are no places to go nearby. There're only 2 supermarkets, no souvenir shops, no restaurants etc. You have to go about 30min to get to civilization (to Yalikovak).
So, it's an ok hotel. Good for lazy days if you do not want to go anywhere but beach and cantina.

The room is kind of like usual ones you can get around the beach. But it goes directly to a piece of private beach to the hotel. It is very nice and beautiful. Highly recommended.
