We had a rest herein hotel from 12.09.18 to 20.09.18. Our отзовы is a good hotel, a sea is wonderful everywhere cleanness, order.In numbers all is clean to the bed snow white color. I want to mark, attitude toward children high-level. Every evening a hotel arranged the wonderful program for children . I especially want to say enormous thank you to the worker of hotel Rizo. This man is always ready to help, offer hand friendship.For anymore such people as Rizo and world posts are kinder. With respect to you Ukraine

Coming from a fussy person this hotel was a lovely experience! The staff at the reception were very lovely! The animation team are amazing!!!! They go above and beyond and are the best i have seen, they make the hotel what it is! The food is nice alot of choices. Theres always something to eat/snack on.The hotel is clean and the only problem we had was the cleaner was not happy about changing our bed covers/sheets etc everyday which i prefer when staying at hotels. The beach is sandy and beautiful. The view from our room was amazing, we had a pool/sea view and its worth paying a little extra for it. Would definitely recommend :)

Well where do I start this has to be the best hotel ever, from the staff to the beauty of the hotel is just so amazing the staff can't do enough for you making sure they see to your every need, the hotel is sat right in the middle of 2 towns where you can do as much shopping as you desire I preferred altinkum just for it's beauty and of course cheap clothes aftershave all sorts, the staff are so nice 2 kind gentlemen took us to soke which is an hours drive for shopping then to a local resturant to try a Turkish kebab which are to die for, the pool is massive with slides also the entertainment team do so much to keep you happy and having fun, I've never loved a place so much and definetley be coming back if you want to feel like royalty by all the staff and the manager then this place is the place to be buyuk didum hotel see you next year.

Unpleasant experience on the reception first day... they take to many reservations and don't have proper rooms according early booking reservations.Good Staff but they must learn foreign languages. Decent food...
