Stayed in room 251 during winter. Room was well sized. However reeked of cigarette smell. Only half the lights were functioning. No aircon but not needed during winter. Temperature was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Full amenities such as dental kit, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, shaving kits, vanity kit, tea, coffee, kettle, shoe shine kit was all provided. Room however dated and some cabinets and shelving were falling apart. Main dining room grand and well done up. Good spread of food for both dinner and breakfast. Hotel also has indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam, gym, Turkish bath. Just minutes walk to the lake.

Rooms are so small, resembling caves. No AC. Bathroom contains multiple non functional items including a non functioning ventilator resulting in a stinky place. It’s next to the lake, but there is no place to sit outside and enjoy the nature (even not heated). A totally horrible, amateur and extremely old place. 5 stars to my a**. There are better hotels around. I would suggest Aden Otel.

I would like to convey my gratitude to the staff of this hotel(both the chamber maid and the supervisor) who found and returned my invaluable sacred token of marriage (gold chain) that I accidentally dropped on the bed and left for Istanbul. Very very grateful!!.God bless these kind and honest people.

Great winter place for couples. Big rooms and delicious foods. View and nature is amazing.

Doesn't feel like 5 stars hotel.. rooms are small and weird smell. And our room view is a chimney.
