Very good hotel.. Clean and the stuff are kind the breakfast is good the option is limited but its good.. I like it and no mind to repeat the experience

Generally speaking the hotel was acceptable in that it was clean and it was a place to lay your head after a long day. The double room my husband and I were in was on the small side. The en suite bathroom could done with some attention but was not terrible. The only real issues we had was that the room was unbearably hot at night (it was November!!) and when we asked staff to turn it off they said that they would or another member said it was off as it was broken!! Also a couple of days before the end of the holiday we had to wait ages for hot water as the boiler was seemingly temperamental. Both days the staff were helpful in trying to resolve these problems. Breakfast is limited and is not to everyones taste. Dispite the issues we may have had the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful and this made the experience a really good one.
