Stayed there for a week in the middle of June. Overall liked it a lot. Two minute walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops selling anything you might need. The food was really good, as was the open bar. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and most speak English well enough (those who don't, speak Russian). We had two rooms, both were meant to be doubles, but because of some mix up we were given a triple room. Now, the triple wasn't actually bad, but compared to the double it was definitely worse. So my advice is insist on a double if you can. The rooms had a wardrobe, bedside tables, a mini-fridge, and a TV, though all channels but one were Turkish. As the hotel is technically 3 stars, the beach chairs were 5 dollars a day. But I'd say the hotel is very good value for money

Very bad hotel. To cut it short you can just read first syntax:
- food was very poor. Every lunch has 5 plates, one for soup (low quality), rice, potato (or french-fries), some boiled vegetables, and the last one that supposed to contain meat, usually contains boiled broccoli or cabbage. All that with 25 sorts of similar salads.For 4 days from 10 we haven't got a piece of meat for any meal - i don't count breakfast salami for a meat. This make all guests (majority Russians) unsatisfied, so you will probably see a lot of frustrated people passing by.
- bad hygiene: dining tables were dirty, cutlery poorly washed etc. One staff member is cleaning tables (throwing remains of food), after that he cleans his hands on pants, and goes to cut bread holding it with the same hand which he rubbed of his pants!!!
- cleanliness in very low level: our toilet was greasy from the first day. When we complained about it, they tried to clean it and after that it stayed dirty. There was rust on towel holder, and water drainage wasn't working.
- bad maintenance: our mini bar wasn't working, but their maintenance worker tried to convince me it is better to drink warm beverage instead trying to repair the problem.
- hallway darkness: due electricity savings, they turned off some lights in hallways
- no doorsteps: you can hear everything that is going on in whole hallway. Even toilet doesn't have doorstep.
- bad smells: rooms 1 and 12 on each floor had toilet ventilation sided to hotel kitchen. Every day you will be waked up by smells of pancakes or eggs.
- no one speaks foreign language: someone mentioned that staff was speaking English, but they don't know even basic words. You can't communicate to a single person on any language beside Turkish.
This hotel is holding to the single advantage, it's location. It is located at the proper distance from center and near very good beach. Everything else is not worth the money.

Small family hotel with simple rooms, simple but nice Turkish food and pleasant service, near the centre of Alanya town and very nice beach Cleopatra.

Номер убирали каждый день, очень чисто, бесплатно меняли тапочки и полотенца, через день (в некоторых 4-5* отелях стоимость этой услуги 3$). Оставляли чаевые, их не брали.
С сантехникой все в порядке.
Еда вполне нормальная, в баре неплохое пиво.
В столовой работают очень приветливые парни и улыбнутся, и тарелочку дадут.
До пляжа Клеопатра 3 минуты пешком.

муж заболел попросила еду в номер. Все свеженькое упаковали в фольгу, без вопросов.

Проблема с кондиционером, он работает, но конденсат капает в номер.

Отель не понравился.
1) Территории нет совсем,
2) Еды мало, а в один из дней в обед практически вообще было нечего есть. Снекбар тоже отсутствует.
3) Алкоголь в баре просто отвратительный,
4) В номере в целом не плохо. Но в ванной напор воды не реально маленький, просто не возможно под ним мыться. Раз 200 подходила к администратору. Что-то, конечно, делали, но напор становился не намного сильнее и не надолго.
5) Развлечений в отеле тоже нет.
Из плюсов:
1) НЕ плохое расположение отеля рядом с пляжем Клеопатры. До центра Аланьи пешком идти минут 20
