This hotel is a scam.
You can understand already speaking with the management, that is not a 5 star.
The general manager that I spoke with for 30 min confirmed to me, is not a 5 star and invited me to try their hotel in Belek as our standards are too high for having a clean table and the towels changed in this ridiculous hotel with tips given to the housemaid and waiters. Me and my wife were cleaning the tables every day to can eat.
When I've started to complain they gave us a fake bottle of wine that I've leave it on the table. At the bar I can understand that they don't speak English but they could've least smile not treat us as beggars. You feel like they give you something for free and you have to wait their decision. The other two Romanian families we were with are not happy with the treatment as well. The other families we came in the same flight were happy with the other hotels and they had sea food and sushi.
No WiFi, all the hotels have WiFi on the beach except this s h i t hotel. No animation for my daughter as she doesn’t understands Russian language.
The guest desk woman that I’ve tried to explain the situation has no authority and was very rude when I presented my self she turned around and tried to avoid me.
They are happy with the Russian that don’t complain for anything.
Ultra all inclusive means international drinks not only local fake drinks like ‘CANPARI’ instead of ‘CAMPARI’.
I saw many Russian people going to the bar to ask for alcohol and they were saying that was finished and was offering beer instead or other light drink.
Every time you will see a negative review, in 2 days the management of the hotel write 2 positive review to compensate and confuse the people. Think twice, it is your money and you going to have a ruined holiday. I have spent 1600 euro for the booking and other 1000 euro for eating at the restaurants outside. When I saw negative reviews I said to me, can't be that bad. Next time I will believe any bad review and I will ignore any bull s h i t review as the one before wrote by the hotel management, invited us to have fun for those who are there to complain. Of course, is not their money. They are there to earn money and to cover the only truth in this website. Thanks tripadvisor
I saw bartenders giving whiskey only if you pay. Save your money people and for hotel management stop adding reviews on the Romanian names as I am going to complain at your authorities and you will regret. For more information I have a private conversation with the general manager Ercan who is trying to bribe me with a free week in this hotel when the hotel will be 5 stars but I can't post it here. Honestly I respect him, he was quite honest but my money i could've spend it better for my daughter. Run away and believe what I said, You will thank me and in case you've gone there, write a review, good or bed. Good luck
Stay away from NEED TOUR.
Denis, Tamara etc. They don’t know what they’re doing. Be carful to the prices as they asking for more money if you don’t check the price list. Tamara doesn’t know where she is on the map and was wrong 3 times finding a hotel since from the start of our journey. NEED TOUR needs to be closed.

Terrible hotel at all. Music noisy, No Air Conditioning in Hall and other ambient. Quantitative foods, but no Qualitative. No Sea food. Restaurant like a prison. You will gather all foods and plates one by one, miss the tray. So the Restaurant was very messed and noisy one. Ridiculous.
Long line for food , like the Prison.
Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. English language was a barrier. Reception was amateur. The post of Clients' relation was poor, any assistance, but only angry. The Bar staff was so unfriendly and no English. The staff was mistreated by Management.
Small rooms. To clean the rooms, need to pay extra money. 5 Euros for few iodine, when I hurt in stone of beach. The service of baths, downstairs was terrible. That Hotel was in line to Russian People or Caucasian one. No Europe at all.
And for irony, in front of that so called 5 stars Hotel , was Haydar Pasha palace, a brilliant Hotel, that was also with 5 stars. How strange is this World!
